The twelve pieces are a target for participants who complete the working assignments. The sprint does not confer an MLVx expert validation. Editorial publication in MedTech Intelligence is selected separately with the expert’s approval.

Four weeks.
Eight live sessions.

Each session has a job. We work on the page, the post, the interview, or the conversation while we are together.

Week 01 · Define

What should people call you about?

Choose a specific area of expertise. Audit your existing material. Rewrite the top of your LinkedIn profile.

Week 02 · Prove

Find the stories inside the work.

Pull examples from projects, talks, webinars, past writing, and conversations. Write short observations with real detail.

 

Leave with: first three observations 
Week 03 · Show
 

Let them hear how you think.

Finish three more observations, develop one longer piece, and record a short video introduction.

 

Leave with: six observations + article + video  

Week 04 · Connect
 

Put the work in front of the right people.

Identify relevant peers, companies, editors, and potential collaborators. Write a first note and plan your next month.

 

Leave with: conversation map + outreach note

Two live sessions each week. Replays and working prompts support the sessions you miss. The founding beta runs November 20 through December 19, 2026. Live session times will be announced before enrollment. Thanksgiving week will have a lighter schedule.

You may already have years of talks, interviews, slide decks, notes, and opinions. We use that record, along with what you say now, to find the details that belong in public.

Work in front of other experts.

Bring a draft to the live session. Hear which sentence makes people lean in, which claim needs evidence, and where your explanation loses someone outside your specialty.

MLVx provides a schedule, examples, prompts, and editorial feedback. You bring the judgment. The group helps you finish.

The answer can become a short post, a longer interview, or the beginning of a conversation with somebody facing a similar decision.
